My focus is on treating individuals with a variety of life issues and challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, relational conflicts, men's issues, life transitions and anger issues.
In our work together, I will help you work on identifying what your underlying issues are, change your thought patterns and behaviors, and identify skills and strategies to help you improve and make positive changes in your life. My approach is to provide a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment where you can make these changes. I will meet you where you’re at with compassion and empathy. We will work on building on your strengths to help you reach your goals and potential.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I utilize a strengths-based, compassion-focused, eclectic approach that incorporates a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, attachment based therapies, and mindfulness techniques.
